      • Corrective Action(s): Remove the mouse droppings.
      • Clean and disinfect the area with 1 part bleach to 9 part water solution. Wear gloves and proper PPE during cleaning.
      • Continue monitoring for any new rodent activity.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One of the handwash station was lacking paper towels in the dispenser.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure that the hand wash station has adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels in dispenser. Staff stocked the paper towel dispenser at the time of inspection.

      • Observation: Mouse droppings were observed in the back storage area where flour bags were stored. Facility had a pallet of damaged/torn flour bags separated for discarding.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure that facility is kept free of pests. Remove any conditions that might attract or harbour pests. Clean the mouse droppings with 1 part bleach to 9 part water solution. Discard any food products that has visible contamination from rodent droppings.
