      • A staff was observed reusing cloth to dry hands after handwashing.Cross-contamination: Reusable cloths become breeding grounds for bacteria and viruses. Using the same cloth even on clean hands transfers these pathogens back onto your hands.Correction:-Always use a single-use, disposable paper towel to dry hands thoroughly.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • Pest control records were not available for review.It is a requirement to maintain pest control records.Correction:-EPH to send pest control checklists to use if the facility is self-monitoring.-Maintain pest control records provided by the third-party company.

      • Expired food permit was displayed.Correction:-Ensure that most recent food permit is displayed to the public.
