Please ensure all blind cords are stored out of the reach of the children (Preschool 1)** Younger Toddler room - the blue carpet in the toddler room was lifting and could be a tripping hazard.

      • Transition Room bathroom - The bleach solution in the bathroom was not properly labelled with its contents. Please ensure all chemicals are labelled with their contents.
    • 04. Are clients at this facility being protected from hazards (Non-Critical)?
      • Staples and pushpins were observed to be in use in the infant and toddler rooms. These items could work their way out or fall out of the wall and create a hazard to children who may put them in their mouth.
    • 08. Is this facility properly constructed (Non-Critical)?
      • 1) Infant Room - one ceiling tile was missing in the room. Replacement required.2) Transition Room - the food counter/kitchen area shelf was worn. Refinishing required so that the shelf is smooth and cleanable.3) Transition Room - the wall behind the saucer chair was damaged. Repair required.4) Transition Room - The top of the door to the bathroom was not smooth and cleanable. Please ensure this area is in good repair, smooth, and cleanable.5) Kinder Room - the wall in the reading area was damaged. Please repair and refinish so the wall is smooth and cleanable.6) Shelf liner liftin on the blue shelf. Please replace.7) The brown shelf was wearing. Repair required .

Please remove from use.3) Transition room - the saucer chair was not properly cleanable. The cover could not be removed. Please remove from use.4) Kinder Room - a chair was worn with foam exposed. Please repair, provide a washable cover or remove from use.
