This recurring issue needs to be addressed.Previous violation:Strong sewer smell noted by the ladies' washroom entrance and inside the washroom. There might be a leak behind the two toilets, observed water pooling and black substance/mold along the cracks of the baseboard below the two toilets. Air Freshers were installed in the washroom to mask the strong sewer smell. Address this issue.
