      • 1. Fecal matter buildup was observed on the toilet bowls in both men's and women's washrooms.2. Strong sewer odour was present in both the men's and women's washrooms.3. Mold buildup was noted on the floor joints in both the men's and women's washrooms.Please ensure the indicated areas are thoroughly cleaned.Ongoing violations:1) Strong sewer odour was noted inside the men's and women's washroom. No water leak or water pooling behind the two toilets was noted. Did not inspect the black substance/mold along the cracks of the baseboard below the two toilets.2) Dust and debris build-up underneath the espresso machines and behind the grease trap. Thoroughly clean the indicated areas. These recurring issues need to be addressed.3 to 4) have been addressed.Previous violations:1) Strong sewer smell noted by the ladies' washroom entrance and inside washroom. There might be a leak behind the two toilets, observed water pooling and black substance/mold along the cracks of the baseboard below the two toilets. Air Freshers were installed in the washroom to mask the strong sewer smell.
