      • The internal temperature of the pizza prep cooler in the basement was measured at 7C.- Ensure the temperature is able to maintain below 4c.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • A gap was noted at the bottom of the back door.- Seal the gap.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • A ceiling tile was missing in the basement dishwasher area.- Install the missing ceiling tile.
