      • Observation: During routine inspection, changes were noted to the approved layout of floor plan. This includes addition of a wall in the area between front entrance and back prep area. Some equipment have been re-arranged under the ventilation hood.
      • Any changes to the existing approved floor plan is subject to Fraser Health approval.
      • Corrective Action(s): Please submit an updated floor plan drawn to scale reflecting the changes and indicating the location of equipment, structual units including walls by JULY 22, 2024.
