     • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Few pieces of food equipment on clean storge rack was greasy to the touch. Operator re-washed equipment items in question.
     • Corrective Action(s): Ensure food equipment undergoes proper washing steps with detergent prior to being rinsed and sanitized. Food debris and grease will inhibit the efficacy of sanitizer.
