- 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
- Zytec alcohol hand sanitizer wipes were being used in place of disinfectant to decontaminate the piercing instrument. Switch to the Preempt RTU disinfectant wipes.
- 26. Are cosmetic products appropriate for their intended use and being handled properly?
- HDI Airbrow tint was available for both brow and lash tints. Instructions on the box are for brows only and precautionary statement says avoid eye contact. Please obtain instructions from the manufacturer for use on lashes prior to use. Refectocil lash/brow tint to be used in the meantime
