      • QUATs spray bottles used for toy cleaning measured 0 ppm in the majority of the rooms. New spray bottles were made but still measured 0 ppm. Operator was advised to use their bleach solution in the meantime.Mouthed toy bin was not out in the infant room - corrected onsite.

      • No cold water at the kid's handwashing sink in the junior toddler room - corrected onsite.
    • 25. Are there adequate storage areas sufficient for the operation of the facility?
      • A bin of labelled personal water bottles were stored in the splash zone of the handwashing sink and directly under the paper towel dispenser. The bin was moved away from the splash zone.

      • - Various sleeping mats in the junior toddler, junior preschool and sr. preschool are in disrepair. There are tears on the edges and seems of some of the mats.Please replace or repair the mats that are showing evidence of disrepair to allow for proper cleaning and disinfection of the sleeping mat.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • - Ventilation covers in the senior toddler and senior preschool room had an accumulation of dust blocking the cover. Staff were informed and the ventilation covers were cleaned.

      • - It was observed that individual care products in the junior preschool room were being stored in contact with other individual care products. individual care products. Please ensure personal care items are being stored separately for each child.
