- Observation(s): 1. Facility uses pre-dispensed QUAT sanitizer solutions for food contact surfaces. Kitchen manager stated that night cleaners use bleach solutions for the floor. Solution for floor was in an unlabelled bottle and highly concentrated (over 200 ppm Cl) Ensure that chemical solutions are labelled to prevent misuse, especially when they are stored in clear bottles.
