     • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff unable to show the concentration of food surface sanitizer (quats) used is adequate.
     • Corrective Action(s): Instructed the staff to dispense one pump of the quats solution from the stock container into the spray bottle, then fill the bottle with water. The concentration of the quats must be at 200 ppm for it to be used as a proper food sanitizer.
     • Violation Score: 5
