- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer in pail measured at less than 50 ppm. 100-200 ppm is required to properly sanitize food contact surfaces.
- Corrective Action(s): Staff discarded and refilled the pail with 200 ppm bleach sanitizer. Discussed with the staff that bleach sanitizer pail should be switched out when visibly dirty.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One insert of deli meat, one insert of salad, half package of cheese and five cups of creamer were stored inside the sandwich cooler. Internal food product temperature measured at 13C. Staff stated the food products were moved to this cooler less than 2 hours.
- Corrective Action(s): Staff moved the aforementioned potentially hazardous food into the stand-up cooler. Cold potentially hazardous food must be stored at 4C or less at all times.

- Prepare a 100-200 ppm chlorine bleach solution (1/2 teaspoon bleach per litre water) immediately. Ensure sanitizer is prepared daily and used to sanitize a cleaned food contact surface. You may prepare the sanitizer in a spray bottle or in a bucket with wiping cloth stored inside the solution.
