      • Alcohol swabs in the first aid kits noted to be expired (2024). Please ensure all equipment is in good repair and up to date.
    • 16. Does the social care facility have adequate lighting?
      • Burnt light was noted in the OSC room. Ensure light bulb is replaced/fixed.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • The gray what appears to be wallpaper noted to be peeling in the bathroom. Please ensure all surfaces are in good repair, easily cleanable and impervious to moisture.
    • 32. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this child care facility (Non-Critical)?
      • Mattress in disrepair (corners had exposed nonporous material). Mattress was stored on top of cots. Please maintain sleeping cots protected from contamination and do not store anything on top. Mattress was removed during the visit.Bingo dabbers with no "non-toxic or AP signs on them. Please ensure all art supplies are safe for child use. This was corrected during inspection.
