- A food pot was observed placed under the kitchen paper towel dispenser to cool. Water from washed hands may cross-contaminate the food.-Please do not place food or food utensil in the indicated area to protect food from contamination.

- Pest control reports seen onsite shown the following:-February 5, 2025, three German cockroaches were cited above towel dispenser in the facility's kitchen.-February 19, 2025, one adult cockroach was cited in the shared washroom.-March 5, 2025 and April 2, 2025, no noted pest activity.-April 16, 2025, one adult cockroach was cited in the shared washroom.-May 7, 2025, no noted pest activity.The facility's Director was advised to employ integrated pest control methods that would involve the whole building complex and management to resolve the pest issue.

- Jan 15, 2025 report shows 2 cockroaches caught near kitchen, none in kitchen. Work was done over the last two weeks to seal holes between 2F and 3F of the building to prevent pest migration. -Continue to work with pest control company to abate the infestation----------Nov 20, 2024 report shows 12 cockroaches caught in kitchen.-Continue treatment to cease the infestation. As the facility is closed over the holidays, operator should consult with pest control company to determine further measures that can be taken while children are not in the facility-----------Sept 18, 2024 report shows still some activity in kitchen.-Continue to work with pest control company to remove the infestation-----------Upgraded infraction to critical, as moderate pest infestation has not been abated. Although daycare management team is certified, they are not the ones preparing meals
