- Observation(s): NEW: The cooler food temperatures in the cooler were 6°-7° C. All foods requiring refrigeration must be stored at a temperature of 4° C or colder. At the time of inspection, the operator adjusted the cooler setting. The operator is to monitor the cooler temperature to determine if the temperature drops to 4° C or colder.

- Observation(s): 1. NEW: Purchase a thermometer for the cooler and the freezer so that the temperatures can be monitored daily. 2. NOTE: The cooler and freezer temperatures must be checked daily to ensure that all foods are held at 4° C, or in a frozen state. Record the daily temperatures on the log sheet attached to this report.
