- 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
- Two out of three drain plugs were available for the three-compartment sink. Please obtain a third well-fitting drain plug. The facility is equipped with a high-temperature sanitizing dishwasher as well.
- 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
- The hot water tap at the back hand sink was not functional at the time of the inspection. A plumber was scheduled to come and repair the hot water tap. No food handling is occurring in the back kitchen currently.
