     • 1) Hand wash sink was dripping. The water was dripping once the hot water tap was turned on.The operator stated that the hand‑wash sink was scheduled for repair and that the entire unit would be replaced. The operator also explained that a technician who previously inspected the sink had confirmed that the whole hand‑wash sink needs to be replaced.-Ensure that the hand sink is fixed.2) Raw wood was being exposed on counters and the cabinet under the hand sink.-Ensure that the surfaces are smooth, impervious to moisture and can be easily cleaned.3) The light level inside the walk-in cooler was low.-Ensure that adequate light is available.
