Update May 26/2023: Operator indicated that repair of floors has been scheduled with contractors.Update Nov 08 - the tiles around the dishwasher had been removed. The concrete is exposed in this area. Inspector instructed operator to ensure the flooring is impermeable to moisture by waterproofing and sealing any cracks.
