      • A gap is noted at the bottom of the front entrance door.- All exterior doors must have tight seals to prevent the possible entry of pests.

      • A gap is noted at the bottom of the front entrance door.- All exterior doors must have tight seals to prevent the possible entry of pests.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • Dried syrup spills noted under the back room pop stand. Dirt and debris noted on the floor under the 3 compartment dishwash sink. Black buildup noted on the the walk-n cooler fan covers.- Cleaning is required.

    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • No premade, readily available sanitizer solution present.- Staff prepared a 200 ppm quat sanitizer solution for ready use in the food handling area.
    • 17. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this food facility (Critical)?
      • 2 propane tanks stored in the back storage area. Staff onsite could not confirm if these tanks were empty. Staff instructed to remove from the premise.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Staff informs that the tongs used for dispensing hotdogs are only being washed at the end of the day.- Send all food utensils for washing at minimum every 4 hours.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • The following areas require cleaning to remove food particle/spills/debris buildup:- the area surrounding the oven, the cupboard below the pizza hot holding unit, the floor below the back storage room pop stand and the walk-in freezer floor.
