- Operator was using a non-food safe sanitizer. Operator made bleach sanitizer on site. (100 ppm). Please ensure to use an approved sanitizer. No test strips. Please obtain test strips to test sanitizer.

- The dishwasher was observed in disrepair. It appears that the front cover is coming off, but still operational. The dishwasher was observed to be NSF approved. The dishwasher should eventually be repaired/replaced.Please use sanitize cycle.
