      • Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Perishable food products were held in an under-counter fridge at 65 degrees F.
      • Corrective Action: Remove the perishable food products requiring refrigeration from the broken unit. Move these products to a fridge that can maintain temperatures below 40 degrees F.

      • Observation: Large amount food products, grime, and dirt build-up on the floor in the service area, and in the side hall pop equipment area.
      • Corrective Action: Remove the food products, grime, and dirt build-up. Clean and disinfect the areas specified. Ensure to maintain your facility as per your cleaning and sanitation plan.
    • 308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
      • Observation: Under-counter fridge was not able to maintain a temperature of 4 degrees Celsius or below.
