      • The drink Cooler at the cash near the entrance was measured to be at 15 degrees Celsius at the time of Inspection.Ensure that the Cooler is repaired or replaced in order to keep food at or below 4 degrees Celsius at all times. No high risk foods were being stored in the Cooler at the time of Inspection.

      • The Hot Holder in the Deli area used to store Pre-Packaged Meals was measured to be at 53 degrees Celsius at the time of Inspection.Ensure that the Heat Lamps are kept on the maximum setting and that the Hot Plate is set to 6/10 or higher in order to maintain High Risk Foods at or above 60 degrees Celsius at all times. This was Corrected during the Inspection.
