Ongoing ViolationAt the time of the inspection an anti-entrapment plan was developed and implemented at the facility; However, this plan noted that the specified maximum flow rates for the main drain outlet covers were not sufficient to meet or exceed the maximum flow rate of the system. ***Please ensure that the manufacturer's specified flow rate on the main drain outlet covers is sufficient to address the maximum flow rate of the system or secondary anti-entrapment is in place.***
