Discussed with the operator monitoring the sanitizing rinse cycle temperature.*** Please obtain a maximum registering waterproof thermometer for testing the sanitizing rinse cycle temperature. Test the temperature daily and record with your temperature records. ***

      • There was no food handling permit posted in the facility at the time of the inspection.Please ensure a valid food handling permit is displayed in an area easily visible to the public.

      • At the time of the inspection, sanitizer was available in a spray bottle. the main product bottle was observed as Quatz. The concentration of Quatz in the spray bottle was > 1000ppm. At this concentration, Quatz is not safe for food contact surfaces. Quatz is approved as a food contact surface sanitizer at 200ppm.*** Please ensure you use an approved sanitizer at the approved concentration. ***If you choose to continue with the use of Quatz, please ensure you follow the manufacturer's instruction to produce a 200ppm solution for food contact surfaces.Alternately, chlorine (bleach) can be used at a 100ppm concentration. To achieve this concentration, mix 2mL household bleach (5.75%) into 1L of water
