      • The operator had two new 5-gallon jugs of bottled water available for handwashing purposes. ---Prior to events, the operator plans to fill the handwashing system using a sink supplied by the municipal water system at the home base.Please ensure the handwashing system is sanitized (shocked) and a bacteriological water sample is collected to verify the plumbing and water supply are free of E. coli and total coliform bacteria.If the operation continues in future years, please ensure the handwashing system is sanitized and a bacteriological water sample is collected prior to the start of each operating season.
