      • Dented can of Unico Sliced Ripe Olives was found on dry storage shelf. -Ensure cans are inspected, and dented cans are removed from the shelves

      • Walk-in cooler was at 8*C. High risk foods were at:1. cheese at 10.7*C2. barbecue sauce at 9.2*C-Repair cooler-All high-risk foods must be stored and maintained at/ below 4*C n the cooler and at/ below -18*C in the freezer at all times.
