- 1. Push pins were noted on the bulletin boards in the Infant room and Junior Toddler room. The push pins were removed during the inspection. Ensure push pins are not used in classrooms for children under 3 years of age.2. Glass cleaner was stored in an unlocked bathroom cabinet accessible to children in Preschool 2. The product was relocated out of children’s reach during the inspection. Ensure all cabinets accessible to children are equipped with a childproof lock when storing hazardous products.

- 1. The backing of one of the toy cabinets in the ECS/Kindergarten room was in disrepair.Repair or replace the cabinet backing to ensure the unit remains in good condition.

- 1. A water table with an exposed metal drainage valve was noted in the ECS/Kindergarten room, creating a potential finger‑entrapment hazard for children. Install a secure cover over the valve to prevent children from inserting their fingers.

- 1. ECS/Kindergarten room: The play‑kitchen sink cabinet and refrigerator were in disrepair with broken handles. Repair or replace the play pieces to ensure they are safe and maintained in good condition.2. The children’s couches in the ECS/Kindergarten room and Preschool 1 were in disrepair with torn surfaces, preventing effective cleaning and sanitizing. Repair or replace the damaged couches to ensure they are maintained in a cleanable condition.3. The rocking horse in the Preschool 2 room was worn with areas of exposed wood, preventing effective cleaning and sanitizing. Refinish the rocking horse or remove it from use.
