      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): QUAT sanitizer at dispenser measuring less than 200 ppm. QUAT solution was observed empty.
      • Corrective Action(s): Empty QUAT solution was removed and replaced with new solution. QUAT measured 200 ppm after replacement. Ensure the QUAT sanitizer solution refilled once empty. Test strips are to be available to test QUAT to ensure it maintains 200 ppm to properly sanitizer food contact surfaces.

      • Corrective Action(s): 1. Aerosol bug spray is NOT to be used in food preparation areas to prevent the chemical contamination of food and food contact surfaces. Remove bug spray from premises. Contact local pest provider to eliminate pests.
