      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Less than 200 ppm Quaternary ammonium compounds (QUATS) sanitizer was measured in two of four sanitizer pails.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure QUATS sanitizer is monitored and maintained at a concentration in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. Staff replaced the sanitizer solution with 200 ppm QUATS sanitizer from the dispenser during the inspection. QUATS sanitizer is changed in the sanitizer pails at least every 2 two hours throughout operation; time-stamps were in place. Chemical test strips were available to monitor the concentration of the QUATS sanitizer.
