      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Back stand up cooler measure 10C on the lower racks due to cardboard blocking air flow.
      • 2. Front mini cooler measure 8-9C ambient temperature. Probed tempura at 9.8-10.1C internal temperature. All potentially hazardous food discarded (temperua, cooked chicken, cooked beef)
      • 3. Front single undercounter cooler measure 8-9C ambient temperature. Most all berverages, mostly cans. However, there is opened berverages, that needs to be refrigrated after opening. All berverages that has been opened moved to working cooler.
      • Corrective Action(s): Please ensure ALL coolers measure 4C and below.
      • Please check temperatures twice a day and record it in a chart. Please maintain this log.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer not available. Facility was using Lysol wipes on food contact surfaces.
      • Corrective Action(s): Do not use Lysol wipes on food contact surfaces. These wipes are scented and may cause chemical contamination to food.
      • Bleach water solution mixed in spray bottle. 200ppm chlorine detected on test strip.
      • Please stick to bleach water (1tsp bleach to 1L water).

      • Operator stated he might be replacing the coolers.
      • Decision on how to ensure there is enough cold holding and maintaining proper cold holding temperatures is up to him.
      • Please ensure coolers are maintaining 4C and below.

      • Corrective Action(s): Operator removed them to the cooler, please always keep hand sinks free of clutter and easy to get to. hand sinks are only designated for hand washing.
