    • 401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two handsinks at front had no paper towel available
      • Corrective Action(s): Operator stocked the paper towel during inspection. Make sure hand washing sinks are equipped with hot/cold water running water, liquid soap and paper towel at all times. This will help staff wash hands adequtely to prevent the spread of pathogens that can cause foodborne illess
      • Violation Score: 5
    • 314 - Operator has not provided acceptable written sanitation procedures [s. 24]
      • Observation: Operator was not able to provide physical copy of sanitation plan and food safety plan
      • Corrective Action(s): make sure to have printed food safety plan and sanitation plan accessible at all times. (date to be corrected by: next routine inspection)
