    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • The back door was open at the time of inspection. Manager reported that the backdoor was open for temperature regulation. CDI: Manager closed the back door. When the backdoor was closed, a gap of light could be observed under the door. Manager reported that because the building shifts over time, it has been difficult to keep the gap closed. To prevent pest entry when the back door is opened and as an alternative measure to prevent pest entry, please repair the weatherstripping and/or install an internal screen door.
