- *Food products were stored directly on the ground in the walk-in freezer. Reorganize freezer, elevate food products off the floor to protect from contamination, prevent pest access and facilitate cleaning.*Overripe bananas(e.g. half of the banana was brown/black) and fruit flies were found inside a cupboard. Discard and ensure food products are properly saved.

- *Please ensure food is protected from contamination. Bin with food (fresh chicken) was observed on the floor in the walk-in cooler. Mesh bag with onions was observed on the floor. Items were corrected during the inspection.

- *Walk in cooler temperature was measured with a probe thermometer (meat was probed). The internal temperature was measured to be approx. 8.2 C (meat internal temperature was measured). High risk foods were moved to another refrigeration unit. Temperature records were observed, and temperatures recorded were observed to be under 4 C.
