- Chlorine test strips have expired in 2016 - please purchase new ones and ensure they are being used when dishwashing using bleach.
- 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
- Pest control records were not observed. Monthly pest control records are required. AHS Pest Control Checklist emailed.
- 19. Does the facility have a valid permit and does the facility operate in compliance with the conditions of that permit, or is the facility awaiting approval prior to operation?
- Food permit posted is expired - please post a copy of the new food permit.
- 20. Do food handlers at the facility have adequate food safety training?
- It does not appear that an individual that has care and control of the facility has an AHS advanced food safety certificate. Ensure an individual (ideally the Owner/Program Director/Staff that prepare food) has an advanced food safety certificate.
