      • Raw chicken wings were observed stored above ready-to-eat foods in the upright freezer. Please rearrange all items in all coolers to ensure that ready-to-eat foods and raw vegetables are stored above raw meat.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Quat test strips were not available on site; the staff member provided a chlorine test strip instead. Please obtain valid test strips for the quat-based sanitizer to ensure proper surface sanitizer concentration.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • The kitchen hand sink had no paper towels or soap. The staff member provided them during the inspection. Ensure all hand sinks are equipped with running water, paper towels, and liquid hand soap in suitable dispensers at all times.
    • 19. Does the facility have a valid permit and does the facility operate in compliance with the conditions of that permit, or is the facility awaiting approval prior to operation?
      • The food handling permit was not posted. Please display the current permit in a conspicuous location for customers
