Greasy build up is noted on the exterior of the cars from Food operator's hands.Inside the cars have very dirty cardboard with grease and food debris. The interiors are extrememly dirty. Flies were observed inside the cars and may be breeding inside the cars. One car has installed fly papers to control the infestation, indicating this is an ongoing issue.
