- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At the time of inspection designated hand wash station for the main food preparation line paper towel dispenser missing. In its place new shelving has been installed.
- Corrective Action(s): Ensure all designated hand wash stations are provided with liquid soap and paper towels. In the interim, paper towels placed on counter.

- Corrective Action(s): Ensure all food is protected from contamination at all times. Store scoops and other dispensing utensils outside of dry products. Store all food products at least 6" off the floor. Cover all food container with tight fitting lids, saran, wrap, foil, etc. Correct immediately.
