- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dipper wells found to be improperly plumbed which explains why they are not being used. (dipper well drains are "plumbed" to a bucket.) This infraction (improperly stored scoops and non-use of dipper wells) has been noted on all three of the previous 3 routine inspection reports. This is a serious infraction and continued infractions of this nature will result in increased enforcement; most likely the issuance of violation tickets. Options for compliance discussed. Operator is going to purchase enough scoops that they will keep one scoop per flavour in the actual ice creams on display.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sandwich display cooler is at 7.9 C (air temperature) and 7.1 C (food temperature).
- Corrective Action(s): Sandwiches are made fresh daily. Move all potentially hazardous foods (sandwiches, cheesecake, sausage rolls, samosas) to an alternate cooler so that they will be stored at 4C or colder. Do not store any potentially hazardous foods in this cooler unless it can keep them at 4 C or colder and have adequate air flow to all shelves.
