- At the beginning of the inspection, Public Health Inspector observed operator to be bare foot in the kitchen before food handling occurred. Operator put shoes on during the inspection. Please ensure that proper footwear is worn at all times in a commercial food facility.
- 18. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this food facility (Non-Critical)?
- At the time of inspection, operator did not have a proper container for an approved sanitizer solution (bleach + water). Operator was able to utilize a glass bowl for the sanitizer solution during the inspection. Please ensure to obtain an appropriate container (bucket or spray bottle) for sanitizer solutions that is labeled to identify its contents when active food handling is occurring.
