- The freezer compartment of the fridge is not equipped with a thermometer.Ensure to obtain and equip the freezer compartment with a thermometer to verify that adequate food storage temperatures (-18 degrees C or lower) are being maintained.**Note: Operator was able to order a new thermometer during the inspection.

- The chosen sanitizer at this facility is bleach. Chlorine test strips in the kitchen are expired (EXP: 11/2025). Ensure that new test strips are obtained and equipped in the kitchen to accurately test and verify the concentration of sanitizer solutions for effective sanitization of food contact surfaces and food equipment.**Note: Operator was able to order new test strips during the inspection.

- The liquid hand soap dispenser at the hand washing sink is low and needs to be refilled.Ensure that all hand washing sinks are adequately stocked with hand washing supplies at all times for food handlers to complete proper hand hygiene.

- Paper towel at the hand washing sink is not provided in a suitable holder or dispenser. Operator was able to place the paper towels into a suitable holder during the inspection. Ensure paper towel is provided in a suitable holder or dispenser to protect the bulk supply from contamination.

- Pest control records are not being adequately maintained. Public Health Inspector provided the AHS Pest Control Checklist Template with operator during the inspection. Even when pests are not evident, a pest control monitoring program must be in place. Ensure that pest control records are completed monthly and available for verification/review when requested by a Public Health Inspector.**Note: No evidence of pests or pest activity was observed at the time of inspection.
