- Pre-packaged dairy creamers (~ 11 units) stored on the coffee table in front of the front desk without temperature control were measured at 15°C. The operator reported that customers do not like them when they are cold.- Advised the operator that dairy creamers labeled “keep refrigerated” must be temperature controlled and maintained at 4°C or colder for food safety reasons.- The operator will discard the creamers currently on the table and will store creamers in a cooler going forward.
