    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • Pre-packaged dairy creamers (~ 11 units) stored on the coffee table in front of the front desk without temperature control were measured at 15°C. The operator reported that customers do not like them when they are cold.- Advised the operator that dairy creamers labeled “keep refrigerated” must be temperature controlled and maintained at 4°C or colder for food safety reasons.- The operator will discard the creamers currently on the table and will store creamers in a cooler going forward.

      • Observed coffee creamers that have "keep refrigerated" mark left out of temperature control at the coffee station in front of the front desk. - Discussed with the operator that creamers must be kept at 4C or colder in a cooler at all times. - Advised operator to discard the creamer that was left out of temperature control.
