- Food items in plastic bags/cardboard boxes are present on the floor. All food must be stored off the floor as per 2.9 (b). Food shall be placed on platforms or in waterproof bins to allow for daily cleaning of the area.

- A sanitizing solution was not present while food preparation was occuring. A working sanitizer solution shall be made and available for use while food handling is occuring. A 200ppm chlorine soution shall be made (1 tablespoon bleach in 4 L of water)

- 1) Staff with long hair uncontrolled was working in the kitchen. Hair shall be controlled to prevent brushing back hair will working. The staff member shall controll thier hair via hat or other suitable hair rentention methods.2)A nail brush shall be placed by the hand sink for staff with long finger nails to utilize for hand washing purposes.
