- 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
- Paper towel dispenser above dedicated hand-washing sink (location: side-room to the left of kitchen) is clogged and paper towel is unable to be dispensed. Inspector notified operator and operator stated they could get a key to open up the dispenser and dislodge the paper towel. Please ensure adequate accessibility at all times to hand washing items which is including, but not limited to: hand drying supplies.

- Equipment is not being maintained in sanitary condition. Red Kitchen Aid can opener (located in drawer labeled 'can openers') was visibly soiled with food debris. Please ensure that can opener is cleaned and sanitized to prevent cross-contamination and to keep food it comes into contact with sanitary.
- 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
- Drawer labeled 'measuring cups/spoons' (located in the center island of the kitchen) has food debris spillage that has hardened on the surface. Please ensure that drawers/storage are cleaned and sanitized. Storage areas for kitchen equipment & tools shall be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition to ensure protection from contamination.
