      • Ice cream sandwiches were stored uncovered in the freezer. Food being stored shall be covered to prevent cross contamination. Action shall be taken to cover the ice cream sandwiches.

      • A knife was stored behind the back splash at the narrow three‑compartment sink. Equipment shall not be stored here as it cannot be cleaned and sanitized. The knife shall be sanitized prior to use.

      • The white ice cream cake freezer in the storage room has food debris present on its handles. Common touch objects shall be cleaned and sanitized throughout the day. The handles shall be cleaned and sanitized.

      • Items (used cloth, and stickers) were stored on the ice cream cake pedestals on top of the silicone mat in two different locations (back ice cream station and need the front ice cream station. Non-food items should not be stored on top of these surfaces. The pedestal and silicone mats shall be cleaned and sanitized.

      • The cake tray under the silicone mat has not been cleaned as dried ice cream is present. Action shall be taken to clean and sanitize this area. Please ensure this area is cleaned every 4 hours if used throughout the day.

      • The Large can opener has food debris present on the tool. Action shall be taken to clean and sanitize the can opener. Please ensure the can opener is on the daily cleaning schedule.
