- A couple of ice scoops were noted sitting on top of ice machine; ensure these are placed in clean container or on hook prior to using (store in clean and sanitary manner).

- Hand sink on main cooking line initially did not have soap/paper towel. New dispensers and supplies provided at time of inspection - good.

- Final cleaning is required for back prep room and mop area floors. Some debris and extra equipment was noted in these areas.
