     • A single use glove was observed to be sitting on top of the counter by the burger patty freezer. Operator informed the glove was for getting the burger patties. Single use gloves are required to be thrown out after use. Single use gloves are not cleanable and when in contact with high-risk foods and left at room temperature present suitable conditions for bacterial growth. Ensure that single use gloves are thrown out.
