Sanitizer was not being dispensed and measured concentrations of the two sanitizer pails in the front counter area were measured at 0ppm. Informed staff to ensure corrective actions are taken and sanitizer is properly dispensing.

This wood is to be finished so it is smooth, non-absorbent, durable and easy-to-clean surface.The hand sink in the front area is leaking from the tap. Repair.There is water located under the sink by the Orange Julius station. All water and other spilled liquids are to be cleaned and leaks are to be repaired.Peeling protective film is located beside the ice machine and on the mop sink in the back area. All protective film is to be removed so the surfaces are easy to clean.
