      • Low water pressure was observed from the front counter hand washing sink impeding proper handwashing. Please ensure that the water pressure is acceptable.**Feb 4, 2026 - Violation was still outstanding.

    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • The measured QUAT sanitizer concentration in the three compartment sink was only 50ppm. Discussed issues and concerns with staff who refilled compartment with fresh sanitizer solution. Retested and concentration was acceptable (200ppm). Please ensure sanitizer concentrations are monitored and routinely tested to ensure acceptable concentrations are met.

      • - The sanitizer (Quats) solution was measured at 50 ppm.Action taken:-Staff member was instructed to prepare fresh sanitizer solution, which was measured at 200 ppm.
    • 07. Do food handlers ensure that food is protected from contamination (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • - In one of the coolers, present in front of the dishwashing area, it was observed that the raw meat was stored on the shelves above the vegetables. Action taken:- Staff was instructed to always store the raw meat on the below shelves and the vegetables should be stored on the above shelves to avoid the risk of cross-contamination.
