- There is no disinfectant log in the equipment reprocessing area.Please ensure a log is kept for the high level disinfectants (HLD5 and CS20) that include the date, concentration pass/fail, etc. Alternatively, the solution may be discarded daily.

- There is mold and a build up of mildew in the rubber seal of the washer found upstairs.Please clean and disinfect these areas.
